Samii Jenkins is a fitness, nutrition and mindset coach who is committed to helping women work through their struggles with food, exercise and body image to lose-weight for the last time and keep it off for good.
She helps her clients to overcome any issues they may have around body image, restrictive dieting, yo-yo dieting, overeating and emotional eating, giving them all the tools and strategies they need to experience freedom around food and achieve a strong, healthy body and mind they are proud of.
After successfully losing 18kg and overcoming her own battle with disordered eating and low self-esteem, she realised there is so much more to losing-weight and being healthy than just following the 'rules' and that actually, there is no 'one-size fits all' approach to health and happiness.
She understands that every woman is unique in their fears, desires and insecurities, and so she coaches and empowers women to go on a journey of self-discovery to get to the root-cause of their weight and food struggles, so that they can make changes that don't just last weeks... but a life-time.
