The Never Diet Again program is designed to run for six months as this seems to be the most effective time period for integrating a series of holistic lifestyle habits and mind management skills that can be maintained for life.
If you're thinking 6 months seems like a long time - I get it. It does sound like a really long time in comparison with the quick fix programs out there promising long-term change in just a few weeks; but the truth is - deep, transformative and lasting change takes time, consistency and patience.
This is not a "drop a dress size in a week" program, it is a lifestyle program, that will give you the tools to live your best life, as your best self long after the program has finished.

WILL THIS PROGRAM GET ME RESULTS?
Getting fit and healthy in any case is always going to take work, commitment and dedication, but the good news is, you don’t have to get it perfect to see amazing results.
You just have to be willing to make small consistent changes in your lifestyle and to keep going even when you may feel like you’ve fallen off track. If you commit to the whole 6 months and do at least 80 per cent of what your program requests of you, then yes, I guarantee you’re going to get great results physically, mentally and emotionally.
DO YOU GIVE ME A MEAL PLAN?
No, I don’t give out meal plans.
The Never Diet Again coaching program focuses on changing your eating habits and creating a healthy relationship with food. This mindset creates a lot of unnecessary pressure and restriction and will usually lead to self-sabotaging behaviour that brings about the exact opposite result of what they were hoping to achieve.
That is why my approach is completely different and I focus on helping you build a set of sustainable habits that will help you reach your goals and then maintain those results, for the rest of your life.
I AM A BEGINNER AND HAVE A LOT OF WEIGHT TO LOSE. WILL THE WORKOUTS BE SUITABLE FOR MY LEVEL OF FITNESS?

The program is designed to be progressive, meaning it starts off light and focuses a lot on correct technique, activation of the right muscles and building the habit of daily movement so that as it builds in intensity with each month you will be well equipped to handle it.
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A LOT OF WEIGHT TO LOSE BUT I JUST WANT TO FEEL BETTER ABOUT MYSELF?
That’s great you don’t need to lose a lot of weight, it means you will be able to receive all the benefits of the physical activity component while being able to focus more of your mental energy into the emotional and mental changes the program has to offer.
I believe there is always more to learn and take advantage of to keep improving ourselves day by day.
So even if you don’t have much weight to lose I hope to teach you how to maintain a healthy and lean body as well as help you develop a healthier relationship with yourself and food, so that being at your best just becomes a way of life.
AM I REQUIRED TO SUBMIT PROGRESS PHOTOS?
Uploading progress photos is completely optional and you are not required to submit photos if you do not want to. I do however strongly encourage you to at least try this method in order to keep visual documentation of the incredible changes and progress your body will go through throughout the program.
Remember, I am here to help transform people’s bodies and lives, not to make anyone feel embarrassed or ashamed. Any photos you upload will be kept completely confidential and will not be shown nor shared with anyone without your permission.
Think of it this way, if at the end of the program you find you are really proud of your transformation, you will have the photos to show to yourself and whoever else, just how far you’ve come and how much you’ve achieved. And trust me on this, that’s a great feeling.
WILL I HAVE TO SPEND A HEAP OF MONEY ON FOOD AND SUPPLEMENTS?
No, you may even find you end up saving money on your grocery bills because you will begin to make more informed decisions about what to eat and spend less on processed foods or takeaways and more on whole foods you can cook up into delicious meals.
In some circumstances, supplements may be recommended if it is in alignment with your needs and goals but will always be optional and never essential.
I FOLLOW A SPECIAL DIET (PLANT-BASED, VEGAN, PALEO ETC.) WILL IT STILL WORK FOR ME?
